Thinking about starting therapy can feel overwhelming - especially if you’re already struggling.

You might be dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, a specific issue - or maybe just a sense that something isn’t quite right.

Psychotherapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move towards real, lasting change.

I specialise in working with individual adults with a wide range of issues.

For over 14 years I’ve supported people through periods of change, challenge, and uncertainty in a range of roles.

I’m based in Brighton’s North Laine, where I offer psychotherapy from my private consulting room a few minutes’ walk from the station. I also work online and over the phone (or a mixture of these). I also practice at the Rock Clinic, Brighton and volunteer for the NHS in an acute psychiatric hospital.

I’ve worked as a clinician with a diverse range of clients and issues over several weeks, months, or years, and in a variety of different settings, and I’m a passionate advocate for mental health. My approach is open, supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental.

I undertook over 5 years of rigorous and intensive training and personal therapy and I’m a professional member of BACP, UKCP, and BPC.
