Thinking about starting therapy can feel overwhelming - especially if you’re already struggling.
You might be dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, a specific issue - or maybe just a sense that something isn’t quite right.
Therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move towards real, lasting change.
I’m based in Brighton’s North Laine, where I offer therapy from my private consulting room a few minutes’ walk from the station. I also work online and over the phone (or a mixture of these). I also practice at the Rock Clinic, Brighton and volunteer for the NHS in an acute psychiatric hospital.
I’ve worked as a clinician with a diverse range of clients and issues over several weeks, months, or years, and in a variety of different settings, and I’m a passionate advocate for mental health. My approach is open, supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental.
I undertook over 4 years of rigorous and intensive training and personal therapy and I’m a professional member of BACP and BPC.
